Bred by the highly regarded Pat Holmes of Heather Hill Farm in Woodside, California, Millie has more than lived up to the standards that Pat set for all of her cobs. She came to us as as an "opportunity" in 2005 for our girls to learn about cobs. We were honored by this generous gesture and made the most of it. However, Pat's life was tragically cut short the following year and we then became a permanent fixture in this wonderful mare's life. She has been lightly shown and has won big both in hand and under saddle. We wanted to continue Pat's quest to breed the best and to represent her well. We think we accomplished that with her first colt by GF Prince Albert, Locust Grove Cardi Bach. Millie is now looking for a home with lots of love and attention. She is an excellent mount for the show ring and is steady on trails. Her lineage would also suggest that she would make a wonderful driving cob. She was an exceptional mother.
